Directions to the Greenbriar office...
Our office is located at 445 East Wooster Street, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402.  We are near downtown Bowling Green, with easy access from I-75 and Route 25.  

From I-75: Take the Bowling Green Exit (#181) onto East Wooster Street.  Turn west (toward Bowling Green State University). Follow E. Wooster for approx. ¾ mile until coming to a railroad crossing. Our office is located on the north (right hand) side of the road immediately after you cross the railroad tracks.

From Route 25 (Main Street, BG): Follow Route 25 into downtown Bowling Green. At the intersection of Wooster and Main Street, turn east. Follow East Wooster Street approx. ½ mile to our office. The office will be on the north (left hand) side of the road immediately before the railroad crossing.

How do I rent an apartment?
Apartment listings are available at our office or online for Bowling Green locations or online.  Both listings are updated frequently, but we recommend calling to verify availability for all locations. Once an apartment has been chosen, the first step is to stop into our office to start the paperwork. At the time an application is filled out, a security deposit must be put down to reserve the unit. An additional non-refundable application fee may also be required at certain locations. All applications are subject to a credit report, employment verification and rental reference check before approval is given. A guarantee or cosigner is usually required for student rentals in lieu of a credit check.
