Residents can submit maintenance requests online through the Tenant Web Portal. After logging into the web portal select “Service Issues” in the menu bar and then select “Add Service Issues.”

Online maintenance requests are NOT for maintenance emergencies. If you have a maintenance emergency please contact the Greenbriar office at (419) 352-0717. If you are calling after normal business hours then an emergency maintenance number will be provided.
